Thank you for using our products and services (hereinafter "Services"). The Services are provided to you by LIZA.Network AG , UID: CHE-198.845.978, Im Winkel 5, CH-8910 Affoltern am Albis (hereinafter "LIZA"). The use of each individual service requires that you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
LIZA offers a variety of online & offline services. Additional terms and conditions may apply to these services (e.g. for "LIZA for Business", "LIZA for Love", etc.). These additional terms and conditions become part of your user relationship with LIZA as soon as you use these services.
1. Use of our services
You must comply with the policies that apply to our Services.
Do not misuse our Services. You may not interfere with the Services or access the Services in any way other than through the interface provided by LIZA and in accordance with our instructions. You may only use our Services as permitted by law. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you violate our Terms of Use or policies or if we investigate suspected misconduct.
By using our Services, you do not acquire any copyright or intellectual property rights in our Services or in the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you have the consent of the rights holder or are otherwise authorized to do so. These Terms of Use do not grant you any right to use any trademarks, brand elements or logos used in our Services. Legal notices displayed in or in connection with our Services may not be removed, obscured or altered.
In connection with your use of our Services, we may send you notices regarding your user relationship and use of the Services.
Some of our services are also available on mobile devices. Please do not use these services in a way that distracts you or interferes with your ability to comply with traffic or safety regulations.
2. Access to LIZA services
LIZA can be used freely with limited functionality and without registration.
For an extended range of functions, you need an online profile. You can register for this yourself at LIZA.Network .
Extended functions are activated when you book a LIZA.Network membership and take part in the corresponding free LIZA workshop.
Offline services and workshops are a free part of registering for LIZA.Network membership. The type of workshop that can be used free of charge depends on the type and duration of LIZA.Network membership selected. If the visitor does not hand in a folder at the end of a workshop, the access data will be transmitted without a completed profile. There is no right to have the profile content entered later by the LIZA potential advisor or LIZA employee.
Any membership can be terminated in the settings of your own online profile.
2.1. Age
If you live in a country in the European Region, you must be at least 16 years old to use our Services, or the age required in your country to register or use our Services. If you live in a country outside the European Region, you must be at least 13 years old to use our Services, or the age required in your country to register or use our Services. In addition to any requirement that you be of the minimum age required under applicable law to use our Services, if you are not old enough to be eligible to agree to our Terms in your country, your legal guardian must agree to our Terms on your behalf.
3. Post
There are no membership fees or other charges to be paid for using the general online services. Additional services are excluded from this.
Our current rates and conditions apply to all additional services as listed in our shop at products.LIZA.Network and/or the respective product information pages.
4. LIZA workshops depending on the chosen LIZA.Network membership (all types)
The offline workshops are not organized by LIZA itself, but by a LIZA-certified LIZA potential companion. This person holds the workshop live and then enters the data collected from each participant into the LIZA system. After entering their data, each participant is informed by email that their data and potential have been entered into the database on LIZA's servers. An online profile created in this way by a LIZA potential companion is only visible to the community after the member in question has logged in with it for the first time. For each entry, which can be corrected, deleted or added at any time, the member decides for themselves whether it should be visible only privately or publicly.
The LIZA potential companion is bound by the factual requirements of the LIZA system in terms of the certification process, as regulated in the contract concluded with all LIZA potential companions, as well as by LIZA's data protection requirements. Furthermore, the LIZA potential companion is economically and legally independent and provides the service in his own name and on his own account. He is not authorized to make legal declarations in the name or on behalf of LIZA unless he has an express written authorization.
LIZA is not liable in any way for LIZA potential companions or their assistants.
4.1. Supplementary provisions for “LIZA for Health”
The LIZA potential companion does not provide any health advice for the “LIZA for Health” product, but merely has a moderating function. The LIZA potential companion is expressly prohibited from providing health advice.
During the “LIZA for Health” workshop, visitors share their private opinions on health topics and reflect only their subjective private experiences.
4.2. Supplementary provisions for “LIZA for Projects”
With the “LIZA for Projects” product, the LIZA potential companion merely establishes contact between the participants for a project and supports the progress of the project as part of a moderation.
Any liability of LIZA or the LIZA potential companion for any commitments made by other members/project participants or the general success of the project is excluded.
LIZA or the LIZA potential companion assume no liability for the participants' compliance with each other's copyrights. By registering for a “LIZA for Projects” workshop, participants confirm that they themselves are the owners of the copyrights for their project.
5. Change and termination of membership
We are constantly changing and improving our services. For example, we may add, change or remove functions or features, or introduce additional restrictions to our services, taking into account your interests.
You can stop using our general services at any time, although we would regret doing so.
Your data belongs to you and we believe it is important that you have access to it. If we discontinue a service, we will, where reasonably possible, notify you in advance and, taking into account your interests, give you the opportunity and sufficient time to export your data.
6. Data protection and protection of copyrights

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and terminate the memberships of repeat infringers in accordance with the procedures provided for in the Copyright Act.
7. Your Content in our Services
You can upload your own content to our online services. You retain your rights as the author and all existing industrial property rights to this content.
By uploading content protected by copyright or other legal rights to our services, you grant LIZA and LIZA's contractual partners the necessary, non-exclusive, worldwide and unlimited rights, free of charge, to use this content exclusively for the purpose of providing the respective service and only to the extent necessary for this purpose. In order for LIZA to be able to offer the respective service, the content must, for example, be stored and hosted on servers. The right of use therefore includes in particular the right to technically reproduce the content. Furthermore, you grant LIZA the right to make your content publicly available only if you intend to make it publicly available due to the nature of the respective service or if you have expressly specified that it be publicly available. The right to make it publicly available ends at the time at which you remove uploaded content from a specific service or revoke the provision for public availability. Certain services may be subject to additional terms that provide for the granting of additional rights. If you send us feedback or suggestions for improvements to our services, we are entitled to use this feedback and these suggestions for improvements without any obligation to you.
Otherwise, the member alone determines the content of his or her profile and LIZA is therefore not liable for the content posted within a profile.
8. About Software in our Services
If the use of a service requires or includes downloadable software, that software may be automatically updated on your computer when a new version or feature is available. Some services allow you to adjust the automatic update settings.
LIZA grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the software provided by LIZA as part of the services. This grant of rights of use is solely to enable you to use the services provided by LIZA in accordance with the terms and conditions set out here. You are not authorized to copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent our services or any software contained therein, in whole or in part. In addition, you may not reverse engineer this software or attempt to extract its source code. Exceptions only apply if they are permitted by law or if you have written consent from LIZA.
9. Warranty and Disclaimer
We provide our Services in a commercially reasonable manner and hope that you enjoy using them. However, some things are not part of our service offering.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms of Use or in the Additional Terms, neither LIZA nor the certified LIZA Potential Coaches associated with LIZA make any specific representations or warranties with respect to the Services. For example, no representations are made regarding the content or specific functionality of the Services or their reliability, availability or suitability for your purposes or success rates. LIZA
is not liable for any copyright or other violations of rights committed by members.
9.1. Liability for our services
In the event of intent and gross negligence, including that of legal representatives and vicarious agents, you and LIZA are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions.
In the event of property damage and financial loss caused by you, LIZA, legal representatives or vicarious agents through slight negligence, liability is limited to cases of violation of a material contractual obligation, but limited to the amount of damage that was foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded and typical of the contract. Material contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment makes the proper execution of a contract possible in the first place and whose compliance the contracting parties can regularly rely on. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
Otherwise, liability on the part of you and LIZA is excluded.
LIZA is not liable for disruptions in the quality of the services due to force majeure or events for which LIZA is not responsible. LIZA is also not liable for unauthorized third parties gaining knowledge of members' personal data (e.g. through unauthorized access to the database by "hackers").
10. Use of our services by entrepreneurs
If you use our services as a business, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use on behalf of your business or company. The Company will indemnify and hold LIZA and its affiliates, officers, agents and employees harmless from any legal action or claim arising in connection with the use of the Services or the violation of these Terms of Use, including all claims and costs arising from suits, losses, damages, legal proceedings and judgments, and court costs and attorneys' fees.
11. About these Terms of Use
LIZA may adapt these Terms of Use or any additional terms for a particular service in a reasonable manner, for example to take into account changes in the legal framework or changes to our services. You should therefore review these Terms of Use regularly. We will publish notices of changes to these Terms of Use on our website. We will publish notices of changes to additional terms within the relevant service. Changes do not apply retroactively and will take effect no earlier than 14 days after they are published. However, changes regarding a new function for a service or changes for legal reasons are effective immediately. B: Supplementary general terms and conditions for the use of the “LIZA for Business” services
As of: 10.05.2018
If entrepreneurs or companies use the services of LIZA, the following agreements apply in addition to the general terms and conditions:
The general online service of the “LIZA for Life” product group is not available to entrepreneurs and companies.
Participation in "LIZA for Business" workshops is subject to a fee. The fee is based on the current price list for "LIZA for Business" products. These price lists can be found on the respective product information pages (e.g. "LIZAforJobs.com" ) under the contact address provided. When placing an order for a "LIZA for Business" product, separate order conditions apply, which subsequently become part of the order.
After participating in a "LIZA for Business" workshop, the data of the company or company and the participants are entered into the LIZA system by a LIZA-certified LIZA potential advisor. The company then has access to the entered data. This data is not accessible to the public on the online platform unless the customer and the participants agree to a presence in the publicly accessible LIZA network.
The amount of the costs for using the internal company network provided to the customer depends on the current conditions of LIZA, which are explained during registration/booking.
Each membership can be cancelled in the respective user profile; if this is not possible directly in the user profile, the cancellation can be made by email to the email address provided on the respective product page.
To comply with the cancellation obligation, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation obligation expires.
In addition to the general terms and conditions, it is expressly pointed out again that the companies are responsible for ensuring compliance with the legal regulations that affect their company.
LIZA's liability for any impact on the success rate of your company is excluded.
